I have an i-mate K-JAM running Windows Mobile 5.0 with ActiveSync 4.1. My
storage card is a SanDisk 1Gb miniSD card. I have followed all the instructions in ActiveSync to set up media syncing (i.e. downloading and running MP10) but when I click on the 'Sync' tab in WM10, it doesn't recognise my device/storage card. ActiveSync tells me 'setup must be completed', which is to click sync in MP10 and select the storage card. No matter how many times I hit F5 MP10 doesn't detect the storage card though. Does anyone else have this problem with MP10 and pocketpcs? According to the literature, Windows Mobile 5.0 and Portable MP10 are fully compatible with MP10. There is no mention of the possibility that MP10 won't detect your pocketpc. Everything else works fine. I can't figure out what the problem might be! Any help gratefully received as I'm starting to lose my hair over this one. Cheers! |
