I have a pocketpc running Windows Mobile 5.0 with ActiveSync 4.1. I am
trying to set up my pocketpc and desktop to sync media files. My pocketpc has a SanDisk 1Gb miniSD storage card. I have followed the instructions in ActiveSync and downloaded MP10. ActiveSync tells me 'setup must be completed' which involves running MP10, connecting my pocketpc, selecting the 'sync' tab and selecting my device/storage card. Problem is MP10 isn't detecting it, no matter how many times I hit F5. Windows Mobile 5, Pocket Media Player 10 and MP10 are all supposed to be fully compatible. ActiveSync is otherwise working perfectly. The literature doesn't even suggest that MP10 won't pick up my device so I'm at a total loss what to do. I've tried hard & soft resets of my device but to no avail. Any help would be gratefully received as I'm starting to lose my hair over this one. Cheers! |
