afterupdates of nov 9 my ibm rapid restore does not work

Default afterupdates of nov 9 my ibm rapid restore does not work

shortly after the nov 9 updates my ibm rapid restore has stop working
during start up i get
unable to initialize ibm rapid restore

so now i have no access to that program
it started with the newest updates from nov 9
i had no troubles before then
either it was the
malicious softare removel tool
or security update for that day
anybody else had this problem or how to go about fixing it
i just check my system restore point none before that day so i cannot go
that route to fix it

If you uninstall the updates from Add/Remove programs - does that fix it?
Have you asked IBM and/or checked their FAQs on the product?
