Some have reported that simply re-registering the MSXML3.DLL seems to fix the

In the Run box, type: regsvr32 MSXML3.DLL Press okay "Updates" <Updates@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:B6552099-7311-4483-A8C3-28A09AEAB262@microsoft.com... > Every time my pc scans to see if i have the latest update software i get this > messege "Files required to use Windows Update are no longer registered or > installed on your computer.
