I uninstalled 1.1 so-far , everything here that required .NET still
works.

ms somewhere out there has written back in the year 2002 that if multiple
versions are installed apps will will first look for and run on the version
they were originally written with and if that version is not found are also
'supposed' to be written such that they will look for and fully function on
future versions. Anotherwords Foward compatable.
.... no application has expressed the need, nor asked to install v1.1 here
since it was removed a few days ago.
