I keep getting an "validation incomplete" [0x8880203]

"the windows genuine advantage tool requires internet access and is unable
to communicate with the microsoft validation servers"

THIS IS BS.. i bought an OEM copy with a bunch of new hardware and have had
hardware problems and I have switched out alot of different hardware to get
my stuff to work..I called the stupid damn number, got a new one time
installation CD key, and now this.. and there is NOWHERE to go for support it
just says my internet connection is not on.. but i got that damn far!!!! and
i can go to any other site i want.. so WTF.

microsoft is added to my list of acceptable sites and my win's firewall is
off.. this makes no damn sense
