NET Framework
I am unabled to download Microsoft.NET Framework 1.0 service pack English
version. I am receiving installation failure error code 0x663. Tried all sort of things, but I am sure there is one little thing I am missing. Any suggestions would be truly appreciated.

Check and see if you've installed the V2.0 .net framework. If so, uninstall
it, along with V1.1, then re install V1.1 first, then all the service packa and updates, and then finally the V2.0 update.
