Default Active x control

I keep getting an error msg that states "Failed to load control 'Inet' from
MSINET.OCX. Your version of MSINET.OCX may be outdated. Make sure you are
using the version of the control that was provided with your application."
What does this mean? And how do I fix?
--
HELP!!!

Default RE: Active x control

If you do a search on-line you can find the file.
