Installation failure, Error code 0x8007F117

Hi

All my updates have been failing for the last two months with this code.
Two attemps to use the Microsoft Online Assisted Support have failed.

Any ideas?

Click the appropriate link for the issue the system is experiencing. Or,
click the Other issues link, then the More Windows ... link. Select your
Country in the dropdown window. Click the Windows Update link.
There is a phone number listed there. Depending on the Country you
selected, the support is free. The phone call may not be free.
In the US both are free. Give them a call.

Thanks, but they wont help me. Its an older computer on loan from my company
that has a volume license key. You have to pay to get support.

I cant believe I'm the only one (or the first) on the planet with that error
code.
