Default Saving Updates

Ok so heres the situation every 6months I restart my computer meaning
reformat my hardrive and such and back up all my files and such also...but i
got a malicious virus and i need to take immediate actions...I was wondering
if somehow there is a way to save all the downloaded updates to a disk so
that way i wouldnt have to re download them when i get my computer up and
running...ive already saved SP2 to a disk...but i need to get all the
rest...it will jus make it a little easier when re setting up my system after
the reformat...

Default Re: Saving Updates

You can download them from the Catalog and save to be installed later.
http://v4.windowsupdate.microsoft.co...en/default.asp

Click Add button for each update you want to download. Once you have what you want,
Click the “Go To Download Basket” link. Type in or browse to the location where you
want the updates saved to and then Click the “Download Now” button.
Once downloaded, you can then burn them to CD.
