A recent update for a mouse driver stopped the mouse working. before I go
back to my customer, what's the easiest way of removing the last update (will the be in order in add/remove programs ??), or would a system restore point been automatically set by WUPD |

How about..... (not knowing what version of OS, but assuming something
current).... Device Manager | right click Mouse, select Properties | Driver | Roll Back Driver or (since you won't be able to right click) Device Manager | select Mouse (using keyboard shortcuts), Alt-Enter (to get to) Properties | Driver | Roll Back Driver or even Control Panel | Mouse | Hardware | Properties | Driver | Roll Back Driver "Matt" <Matt@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:CF8FF2B9-05DF-4173-8C41-4A337559151A@microsoft.com... >A recent update for a mouse driver stopped the mouse working. before I go > back to my customer, what's the easiest way of removing the last update > (will > the be in order in add/remove programs ??), or would a system restore point > been automatically set by WUPD |
