Default Remove last update

A recent update for a mouse driver stopped the mouse working. before I go
back to my customer, what's the easiest way of removing the last update (will
the be in order in add/remove programs ??), or would a system restore point
been automatically set by WUPD

How about..... (not knowing what version of OS, but assuming something
current)....

Device Manager | right click Mouse, select
Properties | Driver | Roll Back Driver

or (since you won't be able to right click)

Device Manager | select Mouse (using keyboard shortcuts), Alt-Enter (to get
to)
Properties | Driver | Roll Back Driver

or even

Control Panel | Mouse | Hardware |
Properties | Driver | Roll Back Driver
