thank god someone else has this problem-i thought i was alone. Why does it
happen? I followed the instructions, but not being an IT wiz, not too sure.
Simple language ???

1. Click Start.
2. Choose Run.
3. In the Run box, type (pressing okay after each one) :-

net.exe stop wuauserv
regsvr32.exe wuapi.dll
regsvr32.exe wups.dll
regsvr32.exe wuaueng.dll
regsvr32.exe wucltui.dll
regsvr32.exe MSXML3.dll
regsvr32.exe qmgr.dll
regsvr32.exe qmgrprxy.dll
net.exe start wuauserv

Restart.
