I have been trying to get this same update for months now. It always says
that the upated has failed to install. Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, Version 1.0 SP3, English (KB886906) Is there any way to make it so that my computer can have this update? Thank you! -CarlyAnn |

I have the same problem. The automatic update keeps trying to install it and
it is getting very annoying. How can we fix this? Is there a way we can reinstall the orginal update? "Zorroami" wrote: > I have been trying to get this same update for months now. Okay - I have been reading the different threads here and found one:
http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;824643 How to troubleshoot Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 installation issues I read this and all I can say is "YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING!!". Please tell me there is an easier way to do this. I am fairly computer literate but this is just too much. There must be some sort of patch or something. Please help!! Thanks.
