I have win2k/win2k3 DMZ servers that are configured to use WSUS. They have a
number of issues and I'm trying to figure out if they're all related.
They've been mostly stable until this past month. 2/10 servers didn't pull
down the November updates from WSUS, and none of them can access updates via
the WU web page (the web page home and history will load, but after clicking
"search for updates" the bar will sit there indefinitely).

They all have event log id=16 errors pop up about every other day:

The windowsupdate.log file has the following error every few hours:

Should "Proxy List used:" be null?
