support agents, frustrated ME! SO I BLEW IT AWAY and reinstalled IT ! 38 updates at time of clean reinstall, but fter that 0 KB! Nothing left, to install! Until next month! WHY? WHY DOES IT TAKE MICROSOFT, SO LONG TO UPDATE IT? WHY? Nicholas Hartofelis p.s. 2 or 3 MS Tech support agents, and A BELLSOUTH DSL TECH SUPPORT CANNOT RESOLVE ISSUE, SO THEY TELL ME TIO CALL MS, SO I CALL! Imagine THAT! How many FREE SHOTS, DO I HAVE? What about NO -CHARGE, FOR WINDOWS XP PROFESSIONAL with SP/2 ! Nicholas Hartofelis |

How to configure and use Automatic Updates in Windows XP: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=306525 Did you buy your computer or Windows XP from Bellsouth? No, so why call them for support on anything other than your connection? If Windows XP was preinstalled on your machine, contact the manufacturer for support. If you purchased and installed a full retail version of Windows XP, contact Microsoft for support.
