My computer had a virus a few weeks ago and my father fixed it. He
re-installed all the programs. The problem is: although the video or song plays like normal, I can't hear a thing. Also, I cannot access certain files. Apparently, my previous XP account has been "deleted", but after clicking on My Computer, entering the C Drive, Documents and Settings, I realised that I could still find the account in that folder and all the documents were still there. A file that contains very important information and a powerpoint slide that is due in a few days is not accessible. Please help. Thanks for everything in advance. -- |
