I just tried to update the SP2 and this error message is coming up.
What can i do ???

Please provide a little more information:

Are you trying to update *to* SP2 and, if so, what are you trying to update
(eg., Office2003, XP, etc.)

Do you already have SP2 installed on the program or operating system that
you're trying to update, and, if so, what is the update that you are trying
to install?
