Malicious S/W Removal Toll (KB890830) HANG UP
KB890830 Failed auto update on my laptop in November. Since then I have
manually downloaded it from the Download Center four times with the same results: it appears to download OK then when I select RUN it starts but hangs at 4 bars on the progress line every time. Plus when I look at the update history it does't show it as ever updating. I have done the same proceedure on my desk top and it works fine. Is there some thing that needs to be deleted before it will run after it fails to load once?
