I believe this might be an error with the Windows Update DLL (according to
some documented error codes that I have saved here:
http://uphold2001.brinkster.net/vbsh...rror_code.htm).

Try to re-install the WU Agent here:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=43264

Run the command with '/wuforce' as a command-line switch.
