Im trying to installed updated verson of Arcsoft, but i have to uninstall
older version first. I have tried uninstalling using the disk and through control panel add\remove programs neither is working. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you, Susan |

I have already spoke with acrsoft support, ran my ad-aware and my
Nortons\Symantec and nothing was found. However, at this point I'm will to try almost anything. thank you Dave. Susan "David H. OK so after doing all of this last night, I didnt have any malware, spyware,
torjans or viruses. And I still cant get this stupid program to uninstall! I have called the manufactor and everything. Does anyone have more suggestions? That was the first thing I tried when it didnt uninstall.

The manufacturer doesn't have a removal tool?

they didnt say so if they do. I have explored the CD and cant find removal
tools. I am at a lose I feel I have tried everything.
