hope someone can help when i go to microsoft updates i have software and
hardware updates i can download them but they will not install, i have tryed a few things that have been posted but still no joy. |

I've got the same problem. I've tried over and over; still no "joy" as you
say. I also can't tell what the problem is. Clicking on the red 'x' doesn't open anything up. I'm no expert. But do they appear in your "Add / Remove" programs? This is
the place that shows if they have successfully downloaded and installed. The downloads can be found somewhere on your harddisk and double clicking or right clicking to them will install to. Also, if the new ms installer was part of your download, this may be causing the other downloads to stall. I think it needs to be the first download to be installed before the others will. What Happened? I am almost pulling my hair out with what sounds like similar

So far you three have given me ZIP. I'm no expert ether but even i know it
has nothing to do with add/remove, So if you three wany to chat find someone els's post to chat on.
