you need to search properly for the regsvr32.exe file. try the following:
go to search search for files and folders under search options check advanced check the boxes search for system folders, hidden files and folders uncheck the case sensitive box. then search. If you find the regsvr32.exe double click on it. If it asks you where you want to extract it choose C:/windows/system32. extract it there.
