Default Error 0x8024d007
Hi,

I'm having a problem updating Windows XP Home Edition, SP1. Everytime I try
it I get a 0x8024d007 error. The contents of the Windows Update log is below:

When I tried to register wuaueng.dll by going to RUN and executing command:
"regsvr32 wuaueng.dll" I get a message that " wuaueng.dll is not an
executable file and no registration helper is registered for this file type.."

Please advise!!
