Why, when I try to download the "malicius software removal tool" from the
windows updates, I keep getting a "failed to download and install"
notification. But I was able to save it to disk and extract the file to
harddrive, but when I do a history of updates it does not recognize that the
update was opened and ran.. what do I have to do to download and install this
update to stop getting the "failed to download and install, notification.
