Windows Updates don't install
I am having trouble with windows updates not installing. I have SP2
installed. I am trying to install Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework, version 1.1 SP1 (KB886903) as recommended by automatic upgrade. It will initialize, but fails on installation. No code given, but when I check my error log, it shows error code 1603. Does anyone know how to get around this? I've gotten zero response from MS.

Be sure you are using Administrative options or install Net Framework as it
