When we access the WSUS Console on our 2000 Server Domain Controller, we get
the following error: Error connecting to the Windows Server Update Services database There was an error connecting to the Windows Server Update Services database. Either the database is not available or you do not have the correct privileges to access the database. This is also accompanied by event id 421 in the app log which says that the iwam account could not login to the sql database, susdb. I have checked every permission that I know of. Can someone help? |

Perhaps try the WSUS Newsgroup
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsof...pdate_services (OE client) or http://www.microsoft.com/communities... date_services (web client) "Cassandra Lindquist" wrote: > When we access the WSUS Console on our 2000 Server Domain Controller, we get > the following error: > > Error connecting to the Windows Server Update Services database > There was an error connecting to the Windows Server Update Services > database.
