Hi,
I'm not sure what the code means exactly, but, after getting it myself I found that the updates would work fine after disabling my firewall and turning on Windows XP firewall temporarily to make sure you are still protected. Hope this helps. Mike "Paulchen" wrote: > hi, > in my update history is one update failed. Error Code 0x80200010 usually occurs when there is a Network connectivity issue, perhaps related to a firewall, proxy, or heavy traffic to the Windows Update site .
