Hi,
I'm not sure what the code means exactly, but, after getting it myself I
found that the updates would work fine after disabling my firewall and
turning on Windows XP firewall temporarily to make sure you are still
protected. Hope this helps.

Hi Paulchen,

Here are some info on the error.

Error Code 0x80200010 usually occurs when there is a Network
connectivity issue, perhaps related to a firewall, proxy, or heavy
traffic to the Windows Update site .
