I'm hoping that someone can help me out here!
I have a SUS server set up, Windows Server 2003, non AD. It synced fine... all updates downloaded and I approved a couple as a test. Now, the client, I configured the registry according to the SUS "white pages", as follows: [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate] "WUServer" = "http://horrace" "WUStatusServer" = "http://horrace" [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Win dows\WindowsUpdate\AU] "RescheduleWaitTime"=dword:0000001e (30) "NoAutoRebootWithLoggedOnUsers"=dword:00000001 (1) "NoAutoUpdate"=dword:00000000 (0) "AUOptions"=dword:00000003 (3) "ScheduledInstallDay"=dword:00000000 (0) "ScheduledInstallTime"=dword:0000000d (13) "UseWUSServer"=dword:00000001 (1) Problem is that the client is still looking at the Microsoft site for updates, not Horrace (the SUS server). I can reach http://horrace/susadmin fine. Any input would be great! Thanks! |
