Wsus pushed the December updates to our servers yesterday and they were
installed. Today, these 2 updates are popping up in the automatic update balloon: kb908521 : comment says "resolves various rpc issues" kb829019 : ".net framework update" I can't find security bulletins for either of these, and they don't come up if I hit the windows update web site, they're only in the popup baloon. Are these actual recent updates? Has anyone else got this? Thanks, Jaime |

You can always directly find a KB article using the following format:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/xxxxx where xxxxxx is the 6 numerical digits of the KB. Just add /kb/ to the end of support.microsoft.com and then add the number. Or you can go directly to Microsoft.com, click on "Support" on the left side, and type the number into the search box at the top left. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/908521 - this is on WSUS only, to enable easier deployment in corporate scenarios for this fix. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/829019 - I don't have any info on this one.
