i believe its software problems

Default i believe its software problems

this morning my computer was showing a blue screen with an error saying that
a problem has been detected and windows has been sut down to prevent damage
on my computer.... i ran a diagnostics test to see if my HD is running
goood and it is i believe the problem is in software but i dont know where to
start...or what to check... i try rebooting in safemode and i cant...what
should i do....

Repair Install may fix your issue.

sorry to bother... Im a real rookie whn it somes to computers... but how
would i run that repair Install is i cant reboot not even in safe mode.....

Mark: as a disk operating system it allows for the order of disks
searched to be changed.

For example, if a bootable CD is put in the CD drive it will require
that BIOS looks at the CD drive BEFORE the hard drive otherwise BIOS
sends the computer straight the the first drive (the one with highest
priority in BIOS).

If this makes sense all you need do is fine-tune that sense into do-able
actions.

On the other hand, if it makes no sense at all or leaves you feeling
petrified it is better to secure the services of a qualified/experienced
computer engineer IMO

That is one of the good things about a Repair Installation, booting into
Windows is not a prerequisite or even necessary:
