Error 0x8024402C

When I try to do a Windows (Microsoft) Update, it tells me that it cannot
displaythe page I want view, and shows the above error. Help!!

When searching for available updates on the Update site, you receive
the 0x8024402C error.

I am having the same problem. I followed the instructions but still no
access to the web site.

Thank you for information but we do not have a proxy server. I tried to type
in the proxycfg an error message states that proxycfg is unrecognized
internal or external command.
