I' ve installed Win Xp Prof SP2 and tried to update. but wnen I try to do
Express updates I have that error

Hi Sergey,

Follow the procedure in the first Resolution here in order to rename the
SoftwareDistribution folder:
http://v5.windowsupdate.microsoft.co...cleid=21&ln=en

Now see if you can successfully access the Windows Update site.

A "side effect" of renaming (or deleting) the SoftwareDistribution folder is
that you will lose your Update History listing.
