Well, I have been trying to install sp2 for sometime now. When ever i
restart the computer it will only go to safe mode. I have dont everything.
I have burned both sp1 and sp2 on to a disk. i have up dated my bios to
A06. i have a dell dimension 4400 with a pentim 4, 1.80GHz 400 MHz L2
cache 256Kb
Cpu type 0
cpu Family f
cpu model 1
cpu stepping 2
cpu revision 3

Please help
