Default Windows Firewall

Hi,

Recently I have successfully downloaded and installed the SP2 onto my laptop
eventhough it took about 3 hours to completely fully installed, however the
problem is I can use the Windows Firewall, which, I mean I cannot whether
turn in On or turn it Off because the options always in grey (disabled) and
is says on the top on the blue label "For your security, some settings are
controlled by Group Policy".

I really need to turn the Windows Firewall On because I want to be more
secured while I am online.

So, anyone please help me how to turn it On in proper and easiest way.

Thank you.
