help "problem on your computer is preventing updates from being do
"Problem: A problem on your computer is preventing updates from being
downloaded or installed" when I try to install these manually through the microsoft website I get this error message. Can anyone tell me why or what I need to do to fix?? Thanks!

I think you should have your update settings set for- (automatic updates). I
