Just putting in my two fartherings into the thread.

What I find interesting is that when I view many HJT logs of those who are infected I often
find the following running...

C:\Program Files\Java\j2re1.4.2_01\bin\jusched.exe

Not that jusched.exe is a problem but, it is indicative of a platform using an old version
(in the above case JRE 1.4.2_01) of Sun Java and they had a Vundo Trojan.

I have also read some interesting and corresponding data provided by Mow Green.

BTW: I beefed up my WinFixerFix and SmitFraud tools Today :-)

lol.. it took me a few minutes to find out how.. I kept re-opening the Java
Control Panel in the hope that it would change.. alas, my hopes were
dashed.. then I noticed the little check box in the corner..

Yep, that's what I was thinking about. (Mow's my twin brother, 'cept he's
