I have the same problem as Jen - tried step 1 and it gave an Error 1053. This
is on a PC with 128 MB Ram, and is actually stuck at 14% for weeks now. An alternative to stopping the service would be rebooting in safe mode (assuming that this service would not be started in safe mode) and then trying step 2 Good luck Robert Aldwinckle --- |
