Service Pack 2
Got error code0x87FF004 when trying to install Service Pack 2 after
reformatting harddrive. Any suggestions on how to install? -- jawil

Hi,
If you are referring to error 0x8007F004 then this error means You do not have permission to update . please make sure that you are sign in as the administartor and try to install again. You may also want to look in the svcpack.log located in the Windows directory for other errors that may be causing the Service Pack to fail to install.
