I am trying to download & install SP2. I keep getting error code 0x80072EFE.
I have tried downloading it again...but I keep getting the same error
message. What does this mean? And how do you fix it. Any help would be
greatly appreciated.

ERROR_INTERNET_CONNECTION_ABORTED - The connection with the server has been terminated.

Run this command to see what proxy configuration WU uses: proxycfg
You do this by clicking start, select run and then type in: CMD
then type proxycfg

mine is set to Direct access.

If you don't have a proxy, you will need status Direct access (no proxy server).
To set direct access: proxycfg -d
