Hi,
I received the error 0x80096005 while installing Windows Media Player 9 Series. I found clues that this problem is related to the absence of root certificate(s). Indeed I removed some expired certificates. Now on windows startup it complains about the problem and I always tell it to ignore the fact and everything goes well. The question is HOW TO REINSTALL THE ROOT CERTIFCATES, or just analyze completion of the necessary ones? Thanks. |
