Hi: Happy New Year!

I note you posted your problem with installing Security Update in Feb of
last year but I'm writing to see if you ever found a solution as I am
experiencing the same problem with KB886906. I can download but it will not
instal, reading:

Security Update for Microsoft.NET framework, Version 1.0 SP3, English
(KB886906)

It is so frustrating. Any help would be so gratefully received.
