Hi Guys
Recently removed Spyaxe virus and had to remove Office 2003. When I try to re-install I get message on the Installation Progrss dialogue box saying "Waiting for cabinets to be cached to local installation source - File M3561404.CAB". It hangs like this for ages and then brings up the dialogue box for me to point the installation program to the M3561404.CAB file. I've tried everything. Any ideas? Regards |

Hi,
This may be an issue with the Office feature named Local Install Source. Please try the following KB Articles: http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;889496 http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;EN-US;825933 Thank you Eric "New Boy" <NewBoy@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:BFF617B6-8433-43F9-B7A5-5A8A13D7A5CF@microsoft.com... > Hi Guys > > Recently removed Spyaxe virus and had to remove Office 2003.
