me having win xp professional sp2 preinstalled. i want to install the
..net framework redistributable. I am not able to install it.

please help me.

The problem is I am unable to install Windows Installer 3.0 . I use

WinXP SP 2

IE 6 & Firefox

I have NOT installed any .NET version before in my WinXP.

Any solution for this. thanks for your reply.

Why can't you install Windows Installer? Need more information regarding this problem and then
perhaps myself or someone else may be able to assist further with this problem.

it ask for validation and then rejects. I dont know how to solve this
