When I try to install this update(error code:Ox8007FOEA)it fails but in add
and remove program,I have it there.Do I need to delete it and reinstall or is
it the same.Thanks,

This error means that it Failed to migrate dependent packages. Please
uninstall from the Add/Remove program Icon and try the installation again.
