Default NEW DEVICE FOUND MESSAGE Realtek driver is needed

MY COMPUTER AND MY LAPTOP. EVER SINCE I DOWNLOADED THE SERVICE PACK THE
PROBLEM STARTED. WHEN I SHUT DOWN AND RESTART THE CPU I GET A NEW DEVICE
FOUND MESSAGE ON MY TOOLBAR. IT STAYS UNTIL A WINDOW ASKS FOR "
c:\windows\options\cabs

The file 'Rtlnic.sys' on Realtek
RTL8139/810x/8169/8110 all in one driver is needed ". i HAVE SEARCHED MY
SYSTEM AND DO NOT HAVE ANY REALTEK AND HAVE NOTHING IN ADD AND REMOVE
PROGRAMS TO GET RID OF IT EVEN IF I COULD FIND IT. ALSO WHEN I STARTUP MY
LAPTOP OR MY DESKTOP THE STARTUP OPENS THE SYSTEM 32 FOLDER. THESE NEVER
HAPPENED BEFORE I UPDATED MY COMPUTERS.
THANKS

Realtek is the network card you might have installed. Do you know the
NIC manufacturers in your computers? Are your network cards working
without the driver? Do they have an updated network card driver on
their support site?
