Default Windows Update Web Site

When I go there (wanted to just check that I current on updates) it allows
me to choose, Express or Custom. No matter which one I choose the green bar
just keeps going. It does finally 'stop' and I get a window saying there
was a problem and it gives me some options to try and find a solution. One
of them is here at this newsgroup.

My latest update is on the 16th of December. there were three of them.
How do I know if I will receive the newest ones after that or that my
Automatic Updates is working (it is turned on) if I can't get into the
website to even check it?

Default RE: Windows Update Web Site

I am using Microsoft Update and experiencing the same problem. When pressing
Custom it just goes on...and on...and on... and on.

In fact; i left it running over night. On my return at 8am this morning, it
was still running.

I did not have this problem with Windows Update. It started happening with
Microsoft Update.

I have the same problem. If you get a solution, I would very much appreciate
your sending it on to me,
