Cannot Place volume icon in the taskbar
WinXP sp2
After checking the "Place volume icon in the taskbar" box (in Sound and Audio Devices Properties window) & clicking "Apply" buton, the volume icon still does not display in task bar; and the check box does not remain checked. What could be causing this? thanks!
