TASKBAR

I cannot find my taskbar. How can I get my taskbar & Start Menu to show on
my desktop.
I have not disabled it, or elected to hide the taskbar.
My LCD has not hidden the taskbar.

I perfomed #117 and it was successful, but still not Taskbar.
I can not do a minimal clean boot because I can not get into Start and Run.
So far no luck...

In trying to delete a user and create another user, I have lost my
administration rights and now only have one user with Limited use. I created
a second user and named it Admin and gave it admin rights, so then I could
delete the original user with admin rights, by changing the admin rights to
Limited use. As a result I now only have the changed user to Limited use and
no administrative user.
