Have seen the file mentioned associated with Epson printer software and
with a monitoring utility (Smart Doctor) for Asus motherboards. If you have
either of those, disable them from running at startup. You may be getting a
message about a service failing to start as well. Can disable the related
service in Administrative Tools> Services.

Then track down what is installed on your system that uses the eio.dll.
(Fighting the urge to make comments about Old McDonald's farm.) The
location and properties of the file should tell you what it belongs to.
Knowing that, you can decide if you want to : try reinstalling the related
software -or- check for updates that may fix the problem -or- if you want
to uninstall the offending software.

If you reinstall or patch/update the software and the repair doesn't do it
for you automatically, remember to fix the startup behavior and to restart
the related service.
