Hi,
I was wondering if someone could help with a problem I am having. I can't access my user account in XP. Everytime I click on my account my PC freezes and I need to re-boot the system. The main problem that I have is that I UNSHARED and password protected the "my documents" folder in my account and now cannot access it through any other account, even as an administrator? All the files, pictures etc etc that I need are in that folder!! I Have tried to copy the folder to another account but it does not allow me saying "No Access". I have also tried the safe mode option and restore point function and got nowhere, I am not very knowledgable in this sort of thing so have come to a dead end. Is there anyway I can access the folder and retrieve the contents...Any help would be appreciated! Thanks |
